-Garage Parking  Lot Number and Parking Lot Line Painting Including Hatches and Handicapped Symbols
-Ground Parking Lot Number and  Parking Lot Line Painting Including Hatches and Handicapped Symbols
-Interior Unit Wood Stair Staining
-Caulking, Fire-stopping, and Smoke Seal for All Blocks
-Supply and installation of mineral wool for firestop sealant for the top of the block walls and slab
-Painting of mantles for the fireplaces in 27 units
-Painting interior surfaces of the elevators
